Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at PureBreath™. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Our priority is your satisfaction and well-being.

1. 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

2. Health & Hygiene Restrictions

Due to the nature of our products (nasal inhalers and personal aromatherapy items), we cannot accept returns of items that have been opened or used. If the safety seal is broken or the product shows signs of use, a refund cannot be issued for hygiene reasons.

3. Returns Process

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at [Ton Email Support] with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with the return address and a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  • Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

  • Shipping costs for returning your item are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (via Paymentwall). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

 

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) with a photo of the item and the packaging. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund without requiring a return of the damaged item.

6. Order Cancellation

You can request to cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase. Once the order has entered the "Processing" or "Shipped" stage, it cannot be canceled. In this case, you must follow the standard return process after receiving the item.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
