1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs clearance, holidays, or extreme weather conditions.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours. You can track your package directly on our website via the "Track Your Order" page.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

PureBreath™ is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). However, in most cases for the UK and USA, orders fall under the "de minimis" threshold and no extra fees are applied.

5. Wrong Address Disclaimer

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. 6. Lost/Stolen Packages

PureBreath™ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

 

7. Damaged Items

If you receive your order damaged, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged packaging and product. We will arrange a free replacement immediately.
